Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in the gated community of Harbor Island, our home offers an exceptional getaway with stunning views and privacy. The beautiful reverse floor plan home is perfectly positioned to capture expansive views of the marsh, Harbor River, and even distant ocean views over Harbor Island.
The top level of the home features an open-concept kitchen and living room, providing breathtaking views from every window. This inviting space is ideal for gathering with family and friends while enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds you.
The home boasts four spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The master bedroom, with a king bed, offers an ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom also features a king bed and offers an ensuite as well, while a third bedroom provides a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with two bunk beds that include a double bed on the bottom and twin beds on top.
Harbor Island's amenities add to the appeal of this coastal retreat. Guests have access to a pool, tennis, and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a fitness center, and several miles of peaceful beaches. Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. Please refer to your Rental Agreement or Check-In Instructions for up to date pricing.
Please keep in mind that Harbor Island does not allow guests to rent additional golf carts or bring personal golf carts onto the Island. *** If you plan to bring a boat on the Island please contact us as the HOA has restrictions***
