This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a getaway. The Nest Haus is on a 20-acre farm-- Bird Haus Farms. We also offer a space for events. There is a queen bed downstairs. Full kitchenette and bathroom with shower provide everything needed. Amenities included: AC/heat, coffee, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. Enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 5 minutes to shops & dining. We are 45 minutes to Fredericksburg, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, 30 minutes to Boerne, and 30 minutes to downtown San Antonio. We love meeting our guests! Some prefer to have a peaceful, quiet visit without any interaction and we totally understand. We are available if needed. Other guests want to know about local restaurants or attractions. Less than 5 minutes to Wal Mart, H-E-B Plus, and several food options, Nest Haus is central to the hill country but is also a small tranquil Oasis of it’s own. During the day, you can watch small planes fly over from Kestrel Airpark. You will need your own vehicle to get around. There is a very steep gravel driveway, you'll need to get traction from the road driving about 15mph to make it up the hill without 4WD or AWD. Pet fee is $30/day for one, $50/day for two. Max 2 pets.
