The house is conveniently located just inside the Massanutten Resort entrance. It is approximately 5 minutes/2 miles from the Waterpark and the ski lodge, and approximately 25 minutes/15 miles from JMU's convocation center, Bridgeforth stadium and playing fields.
The location is very quiet. The back yard is wooded and close to the National forest.
The house is on a short cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. The back yard is wooded, and leads to the national forest. Deer are frequent visitors.
