The main house boasts 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, large family room with a gas fireplace & a spacious eating area overlooking the serene backyard & pool. For added flexibility, our separate guest house offers a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchenette & full bath.
I am happily married for 35 years to my teen sweetheart. Together we have 4 adult children and our first grandbaby.... I have been a nurse for 30 years. My husband and I searched for years for the perfect place to retire and nowhere felt just right. We came to 30A on my 50th Birthday for the first time and fell in love. Two days later we submitted an offer on the "Ugliest'' house on 30A. We have painstakingly remodeled her. The mermaid mural remains under the ship lap. Be sure and look at our before photo albums. We are excited to share our home until we can retire full-time.
