My condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Youll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated, very well maintained, and with porcelain wood tile throughout. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator. Please Note: Luau Building 1 will be undergoing exterior painting during June, July through October 15th 2025. You may hear occasional noise during standard business hours. No motorcyles are allowed in the property. If you have a larger van or jet ski etc, you may need to call ahead to see there is special parking available in the resort, or you may have to park those outside the resort.

First time in Destin was 2002, and we love the clear water, white sands and Sandestin Resort is a gem for the family. It is the Mediterranean vacation without the additional distance since it is in Florida :-) Married about quarter of a century.
