HappyTrailsRetreats: COZY LOON MOUNTAIN ESCAPE Welcome to our newly renovated 1Br/1Ba condo 1.3 miles from Loon Mnt, base lodge. This cozy 504 sq ft space accommodates a max of 5 adults. It offers a small kitchen with all the cooking basics. During the ski season, catch the free shuttle to Loon. The resort offers family-friendly amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room and a fitness center). The Great Room is a place to relax and enjoy the fireplace, watch TV, read a book, play games or to get some work done. Seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ and picnic area.

You'll be in the heart of the White Mountains. Walking distance to Main Street with lots of restaurants and shopping. Loon Mountain is only 1.3 miles away. Within driving 30 minutes driving distance to Waterville Vally, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch, Flume Gorge and lots of hiking trails. Drive along Route 112 for exhilarating foliage.
