Welcome to our charming 3-bed, 2-bath 1940s home in the heart of the picturesque Riverland Terrace neighborhood! Enjoy the open kitchen living and mid-century modern design of this updated cottage. Riverland Terrace was once an Indigo Plantation and is now one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Charleston with parks, dining, golf, and entertainment within walking distance. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located home for your next getaway, look no further.
I have lived in Charleston for 15 years. I enjoy being on the water, snow skiing, live music, meeting new people, and exploring the outdoors. Traveling through South America and Southeast Asia I developed a curiosity for experiencing new cultures and people. I am happy to have my roots in Charleston, with it's beautiful beaches, eminence history, and vast inland waterways. I moved to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston, where I graduated Cum Laude from The School of Business. I now live in Charleston and work in Real Estate and Construction. I love my city and know it well, so I am always happy to make recommendations for activities, tours, and restaurants. All guests will receive a link to my digital guidebook prior to arrival. Myself or my longtime cohost Deidra are always available to address any issues or questions that may arise during a stay. Looking forward to hosting you!! Built in the 1940s on what was once a thriving indigo plantation, Riverland Terrace inherited the plantation's stately Avenue of Oaks, now framing Wappoo Drive. The neighborhood is bordered by the Stono River and Wappoo Cut waterways and boasts a waterfront playground, free public boat landing, municipal golf course, a retro movie theater, hip music venue and a number of well-reviewed restaurants. All within walking distance! Riverland Terrace is centrally located 9 miles from Folly Beach and less than 5 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable.
