Steps to the lake with the floating dock, just 20 yards from the porch stairs where you can dock your boat, fish, or ice fish!

You'll be only minutes away from amazing trout streams! Chautauqua Creek has many sections for anglers and the Steelhead run is starting soon. With the change of seasons it's good to think about ice fishing or snow mobile recreation. This location has room for your trailer snow machine. When driving down the gravel road to the property, please observe the 5mph driving speed. This is to maintain the roads, minimize repair, and keep the road safe for any families or pets that may be walking about.
