While feet away from the white sand beach with gentle waves, you will sleep 6 adults or 6 adults/2 small children. The condo was thoughtfully designed with a King bed (primary), Queen bed, a transitioning day bed and Full murphy bed. The area has magnificent beaches, wildlife, fishing, nature trails, state parks. Most AMAZING SUNRISES, views and OYSTERS!

Thank you for staying with us at Lagniappe on the Gulf. We hope you enjoy your time on the Forgotten Coast. As an Interior Designer from Colorado - I have tried to capture a unique boutique stay on the Gulf. My husband, Jeremy, is originally South Louisiana and incorporating his culture in our little paradise just seemed perfect. I will be available via phone/text/email during their stay. St James Bay Golf Club - 5 minutes away. Enjoy the areas only course designated an Audubon Signature Sanctuary. Wildlife abounds in the area surrounding the condo - cranes, eagles, black bears and of course gators! Birds love "playing and practicing" their flying skills right by our balcony. Dolphins, hammerhead sharks and an array of fish frequent the pier. Relax and enjoy this quite piece of paradise! The unit includes (2) tandem assigned covered parking spaces on the 1st level. Additional parking and boat/trailer parking on premises. Parking is located near the elevator.
