This Johnson City, Tennessee hotel is located along Highway 321 at the edge of the East Tennessee State University campus. It offers a full-service spa & beauty salon, and a restaurant. Spacious rooms feature free Wi-Fi. A flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge are equipped in all rooms at Carnegie Hotel.
