Everything about this house speaks to the comfort it provides, from location to the shady back yard to the new beds and linens. The living/dining/kitchen area is one common space, with the two bedrooms separated on the south side of the house. No amenities are missing – double ovens, dishwasher, laundry, wifi/cable, two full bathrooms, and even a humidifier for those not used to the dry Montana weather. The generous primary bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed, and there is a pack-n-play for those in the crib age-range. Out the back door is a large, fully fenced yard with patio, flowers, picnic table, and firepit with Adirondack chairs. Just out the back door is a large bbq gas grill, and there is ample shade provided by the mature trees and lilacs. One gated parking spot is available in the back accessed from the alley, but there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Both doors to the house have keyless entry so you don’t have to walk around should you decide to park in back.
