1 - WE ARE A BED AND BREAKFAST (or Airbnb). We are not a Hotel.
2 - It is a house—shared common areas with other guests and the host—private Bedroom.
3 - Street parking is available, subject to Boston Laws (some areas are free for a full day, while others are not), and is contingent upon availability (on a first-come, first-served basis). Check Your Instructions.
4 - Guests should provide ID before arrival.
5. Do NOT park in any driveway without permission, because you will be towed away.
6. The property offers private bedrooms in a SHARED COMMON AREA, like bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. You are renting not the entire place but a ROOM.
7. The breakfast is a "to-go breakfast": Coffee, Tea, Milk, Bread, Cereal, Butter, Peanut Butter, and Jelly.
8. The third bed in each room is one of them: a COT, not a bed. Guests are responsible for setting up their rooms, including retrieving the bed sheets and extra towels from the clothes cabinet located in the living room or kitchen.
9. Apartments may be located on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor; please notify us in advance if you have any disability. We are not Disability friendly, unfortunately.
10. All Common Areas are equipped with CCTV for guest/host safety.
11. We are renting a shared bedroom, NOT THE ENTIRE apartment.
12. Guests are responsible for their own food and cleaning up any messes they make.
13. Rooms do not have a private bathroom.
14. Booking price is for one guest. The more guests you add, the cost may increase.

Dorchester (/ˈdɔːrtʃɛstər/) is a neighborhood comprising more than 6 square miles (16 km2) in the City of Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Originally, Dorchester was a separate town founded by Puritans who emigrated to the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1630 from Dorchester, Dorset, England.
