This is a very special property, located in the middles of town Greenwich, CT with water view to the river.
To get to the train is about 2 minutes by driving, only 1 mile destination. or you can walk.
Around this property you can visit by walk or drive, panoramic water view park by name “Cos Cob”.
near by the Little Pub Restaurants, is very popular, J House luxury restaurant a few minutes walk or drive. More around a Few food Markets, banks and much more. Walking destination or driving takes only a few minutes. We have around a two museums.If you would like to fishing, we have access to the river across the road.the rent the boat or kayak it's all right there on the Marinas.
We have also Island beach and two more beaches with swimming pool.(but it's additional charge by town of Greenwich)
Parking on property is for free. One car only. The second car will be charge additional. I have a two Bicycles for rent for the time you stay.
in the property we have a lot of privacy, on the back of the house you can enjoy gazebo with comfortable chairs.
Barbecue machine will help you make a great stakes or other product if you would like to cook and get a glass of vine and enjoy the great view on the water and stars.
The House stay in the heal, typical for this type of landscape, that why we have many stairs to get to the apartments.

This is a very special place.
Around is private houses. In the middle of town of Greenwich,CT.
Water view. Nice walking place near water, you can walk straight to the park. In the back of the house is located popular restaurant “Little pub”
Cross off the street we have a lot of Marina’s . You can rent the boat or kayak or keep your boat.
Cross of the street you can join the Water club. You can rent boat. More restaurants around; JHouse, as well as food market, CFCF coffee place, many Churches and much more by walking distance.
