We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? Use Google Maps with "Lookout Cir, Menifee, CA 92585" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests. Thank you Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. Menifee is home to several parks, golf courses, and nearby hiking trails for outdoor activities. And it’s within easy reach of major attractions such as Motte Historical Car Museum, DropZone Waterpark, and various lakes. THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE 2 LIVING AREAS The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console to keep things exciting. Plus, there's a cozy fireplace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with the warmth and ambiance of a fire while you enjoy your favorite shows or unwind after a long day.

THE 5 BEDROOMS The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, there's 1 Large Sectional Sofa and Futons where anyone can sleep. The 3 Futons can be laid down to create a twin-sized bed. Adventurous group can easily sleep 18-20 people in this house • Master Bedroom 1: 2 Queen Beds, Smart TV with en-suite bathroom, massive walk-in closet • Master Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, en-suite Bathroom • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed with Workspace • Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed with Workspace • Bedroom 5: 1 Queen bed with Workspace • Bedroom 5.5: 1 Twin bed inside the biggest closet. PARKING A large group requires plenty of parking, and here, the garage and driveway offer space for up to 5 vehicles. LAUNDRY In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. REMOTE WORKING There’s likely to be someone in a group of 16+ with work to do during your stay. If so, they’ll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus 500Mbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy. Guest access There is a small studio with their own private entrance on the left side of the house. They have their own yard and everything and they do not share anything with your group. The studio is another short-term rental. In summary, it's only your group who will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home.
