Don't want to be too high…unit 107 is perfect. Unit overlooks the pool and with a direct eye-level view of the Gulf of Mexico, what else could you ask for. Sit out on the large balcony and be close enough to keep an eye on your family at the pool while feeling the ocean breeze. Emerald Isle is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. You can walk to shops and restaurants yet you tucked away from the main road so you can have your privacy too. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a king in the master and two twins in the extra bedroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. You'll find three TV's and three DVD players for extra enjoyment when the lights go down. With two pools, on-site fitness facility and sauna along with a community hot tub. You'll have everything you need here so go ahead and make plans to come back again and again.
Things to know
**PLEASE NOTE**
Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.
Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.
Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
