Hello! We are your host Stacia and Larry. Larry is a Rock N’ Roll Tour Manager and Music Cruise Producer and Stacia is an Executive at a Television Studio. We have traveled all over the world for work, but when it’s time to relax, we truly love spending time in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We self-manage all of our rentals so when you book with us you are talking to the owners! We love this area so much, we have purchased several homes throughout the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and we love to stay in our properties whenever they aren't rented. When you pull up you will notice the large front porch, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The back deck features a 5-person hot tub to relax and let your cares drift away as you watch the squirrels play and listen to the birds in the wooded areas around the home! Once inside you will find a large sectional sofa, stack-stone electric fireplace, and a large living room television with DirecTV! The dining area has seating for 4 and is the perfect place to enjoy a home-cooked meal. This cabin's two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and the master has an en-suite bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has its own television and DirecTV. Easy Livin' has a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare all of your meals. If you need to do laundry we have a full-size washer and dryer available for you, just off the kitchen, with space to hang laundry. Vehicle parking is available, however, please note that our driveway is somewhat steep and is not trailer friendly unless you drive for a living! Cancellations and Travel Insurance: We do not amend our cancellation policy so we recommend purchasing travel insurance with a "Cancel for Any Reason" or a "Cancel for Work" enhancement from a reputable company like AIG, Nationwide, or Berkshire Hathaway. We are able to offer plans when booking with us - look for the information when booking or feel free to ask us!

About The Neighborhood: Easy Livin' is on a quiet, private road that has only a few scattered homes. We are just minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, yet secluded for a relaxing peaceful stay.
