The home's bedrooms are equally elegant, all adorned with soft linens, tasteful furnishings, and central air-conditioning. If you are working remotely during your stay, be sure to utilize the office desk and chair. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests have access to the entire house, garage, hot tub, and property. The house has an attached casita which is the housekeeping quarters. That casita does not have access to the main house, backyard, or hot tub. There is an RV parked there that is occasionally occupied by the homeowner, but it is not connected to the backyard or home. Guests will have full privacy in the fenced backyard.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
