The cabin includes a guest programmable thermostat. You can lock and hold the temperature or reach out to us with your desired program settings. This home has two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a loft. The two main bedrooms are the first floor. The living room has a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a flat screen TV with streaming and Blu-ray player. The main bedroom, has an ensuite bath and queen Nectar mattress and TV with streaming. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has two xl twin beds. We also have 2 self-inflating twin air mattresses and bedding. There is a folding desk in the closet of the guest bedroom. It includes a dedicated outlet, power strip, swivel-mount monitor, lamp and an office chair, but not terribly comfy. Laptop not included. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook a full meal. We have a coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry. We have a Hold-em style poker table hanging on the wall in the garage, and it includes 10 folding chairs. The ping pong table has been setup in the garage with string lights hanging from the rafters. No more than 2 dogs allowed. No more than 8 guests may stay at the property. No more than 10 people on the property at one time. Gatherings for friends and family are OK, but no wild parties. The cost to replace SHARC passes is 100 dollars.

There is room for one car in the garage because of some of the items stored there and room for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway depending upon the size of the vehicles.
