Desert Ridge is a popular uptown neighborhood in Phoenix near JW Marriott Resort and Spa, Desert Ridge Marketplace, a short distance from Mayo Clinic and a quick ride to Old Town Scottsdale, where you'll find excellent dining options, spas, shopping centers, Spring Training Baseball, TPC Scottsdale, beautiful parks, and much more. The home is conveniently located about 20min away from Phoenix Airport (PHX) and 10min away from Scottsdale Airport (SCF) without traffic. There is parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking.
