Welcome to this charming Ocean City cottage, a cozy retreat perfect for a beach getaway! This quaint home is ideal for a small family vacation or couple's retreat. With a total of three TVs, WiFi, and partial air-conditioning, you'll have all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. Situated on a property with three cottages, you'll have access to shared amenities including a coin-operated laundry room and an outdoor shower. Inside the cottage, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove. While there is no dishwasher, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and the bay, you'll have easy access to all that Ocean City has to offer. Spend your days lounging on the beach, strolling along the boardwalk, or trying your hand at water sports on the bay. For a bit of local flavor, be sure to check out the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and amusement rides for the whole family to enjoy. Take a leisurely stroll along the bay and watch the sunset, or head to nearby attractions like Jolly Roger Amusement Park or Northside Park for even more fun. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: No parking available. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
