Welcome to the Cool Cascade Chalet! Relax at this funky and spacious cabin close to Colorado Springs. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Our chalet also has a hot tub, grill, game room, and more. At the base of Pikes Peak Highway, this cabin offers the classic Colorado experience. This is a perfect spot to unwind after a day enjoying everything the area has to offer like Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, or Pike's Peak.

Our cabin is conveniently located next to Green Mountain Falls, just a short distance away from the Pikes Peak Highway. Downtown Woodland Park is just ten minutes up the road on U.S. Route 24. Charming coffee places, restaurants and quaint shops are all centrally located in the small town. Scenic Manitou Springs is also located very nearby. Down the mountain on U.S. Route 24 is historic Colorado Springs is scenic Manitou Springs and historic Old Colorado City. The city of Colorado Springs is ~20 minutes from the cabin. The Air Force Academy is ~35 minutes away. Given the relative remoteness of the area and weather, we recommend an AWD or 4WD for travel purposes. Ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft may be available in some areas, but are not guaranteed.
