Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, & art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No Parties allowed.

Downtown Athens GA hosts many fine restaurants, bars, shops and music as well as what you normally find in a cool downtown. This townhouse is at the North End and the University of Georgia is at the Southern End...about a 5-10 minute walk. There is the Convention Center bordering the East end and the 40 Watt Club (1/2 mile from townhouse) on the West End. We are very close to every end. Find the Hotel Indigo, walk past the Fire Station and take a right on Hoyt. We are 1.1 miles from Sanford Stadium. Bus stops on many corners, taxi service (one is usually waiting at Hotel Indigo), Uber and Lyft. Walk to any part of downtown and UGA quite easily. You can walk less then a mile to the Multi Modal Center and hop on a Mega Bus and head to the Atlanta Airport if you want.
