From the moment you walk in the door, you will experience the unique eco-friendly vibe of this custom-built villa, located at the crest of the mountain in the west Atascadero hills, located just a short drive (just 10 minutes off the 101) from Paso Robles Wine Country, Morro Bay/Cayucos beaches and downtown Atascadero and San Luis Obispo. This home is in the perfect location, in the center of San Luis Obispo County on almost four acres, and features views from every room of the gorgeous hills, o

Our home is located high in the hills of west Atascadero in San Luis Obispo County, centrally located close to San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles Wine Country and the beaches of Morro Bay and Cayucos. We are located about a 10 minute drive from Highway 101, off the Del Rio exit in Atascadero.
Our home is just west of Hwy 101 and north of Hwy 41W. Directions will be provided with entry instructions after booking.
