Bella Vita, which in Italian means “the beautiful life”, is a sweet cottage nestled in the heart of popular East Beach Neighborhood. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is a perfect mix of comfort and style.
Located on the corner of Bruce Drive and 5th Street, you will fall in love with the towering oaks as you make your way through the neighborhood.
Bella Vita has a full kitchen, breakfast & dining areas with ample seating for 12, a nice living room with a view of the nicely landscaped, fenced back yard.
This cottage has one bedroom and bath down stairs and three bedrooms and two baths upstairs.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons).
