This beautiful place has a style all its own. This beautiful guest house offers an approximate 750 sqft of living space. If you enjoy being outdoors while at home then look no further. One King Size and One Queen Size memory foam beds for day naps or night sleep, relax with the whole family at this newly built, peaceful safe place. Smart lock access for self checkins. Ring Security System, Smart TV, 1G max speed WiFi. Minutes from major highways, less than 25 minutes from Disney, Universal, and Sea World. Disney world is between 17 and 21 miles depending on the road you choose. Universal Studio is 22 miles. MCO airport is between 16 and 23 miles depending on the road you choose. All restaurants and groceries are within 3 miles. Patel brothers is 16 miles. Guest access The property has Suite-A and Suite-B. This is Suite-B. This 5+ Acres property is beautiful, lovely, completely no smoking zone to preserve the mother nature. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the house inside or outside, including but not limited to Florida room, Lanai, drive way, path to entrance, backyard etc... This unique setup is perfect for families or close groups. The converted garage serves as the kitchen and living area. The layout connects the two bedrooms in a way that requires passing through the master bedroom to reach the second bedroom, which works best for guests staying as one family. For your comfort, please reach out to me if you need any adjustments to the AC or heat, as the thermostat is located on the daughter’s side of the property. The room temperature is maintained at a comfortable level 72'F, and you are welcome to request any adjustments. TV volume is limited to 20 since it is agriculture zoned property to respect animals privacy. Welcome aboard. Enjoy your vacation and strictly follow house rules to avoid unnecessary additional fees.
