A Place on Pecan is a 1930s-era stone bungalow that's been fully remodeled; it retains its classic charm while offering fun and functional modern amenities. Its original carriage house still stands out back, too! Another unique aspect is that it shares a back fence with one of our other properties, the Cherry Street Star. This means you can double the backyard space and sleeping space from four to eight people, making it a perfect setup for a two-family getaway. Outside, A Place on Pecan features shaded patios both front and back, and should the early evening skeeters become an issue, half of the back porch is screened in so you can enjoy the breezes and the views without buzzing intruders!
