Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog/Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog/Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be asked to pay a damage waiver or leave a damage deposit. You will need a valid credit card or debit card for this process. Please complete the process prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. We will only give you access to the property once we receive an "approved" status from Superhog/Truvi. This process is mandatory and not optional.
