Some great features of this private, comfortable cabin include: -Hot tub (available year round and serviced for each reservation!) -Individual climate control in each bedroom -Plenty of privacy -Fully stocked kitchen to cook all of your meals -3 modern bathrooms -Parking for up to 5 vehicles -Propane BBQ Grill on the deck -Propane outdoor firepit Bedroom/Bathroom Configuration is as follows: Main Floor: Bedroom #1 (Master): One King Bed (Sleeps 2) with en suite Bathroom #1 Bedroom #2: One King Bed (Sleeps 2) Bathroom #2: Located in hallway Upstairs: Bedroom #3: One Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bathroom #3: Located near Loft and Bedroom #3 Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Loft: Four Twin Beds (Sleeps 4) Maximum occupancy of 10 guests regardless of age. Please include infants in the total. This is a Mariposa County ordinance that must be adhered to at all times. We appreciate you helping us stay compliant. Internet: The cabin includes Verizon home internet. In addition to the Verizon home internet, we have a Verizon mobile hotspot as a backup. WiFi overall works great for basic internet browsing and some streaming. However, if multiple devices are constantly running, it may slowdown (This is very common at most places with WiFi in our area) Rental Agreement: Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. You will also need to upload a photo of the ID associated with the credit card on file. This is solely for fraud protection purposes. E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!
