A-Frame Retreat at Wallowa Lake sits just a few blocks' walk off the main road, but it still feels quite private and serene. Enjoy a large yard, a nice picnic area with plentiful outdoor seating, views of the surrounding mountains, and easy access to the activities on the resort side of Wallowa Lake. The spacious, open floor plan is consistent on both levels. The main level offers a galley-like kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, keeping everyone involved in what's going on. The bathroom has a stall shower and the main-floor bedroom has a queen bed. Climb the steep steps up to the loft, where you'll find more sleeping space and a half-bath. It's the perfect space for kids to unwind (but watch the stairs)! This home is located on the resort side of Wallowa Lake, within easy walking distance of the Wallowa Lake Tramway, Scenic Meadows Go Carts, and the Wallowa Lake Marina. If simply hanging out is more your speed, there's a nice concrete patio out front with ample lawn furniture and a nicely maintained yard. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. No cable service, but there is a Roku/VCR/DVD. Please note that there is a steep staircase leading up to the loft area that may not be accessible for all guests; also, please note that there is a gate at the top of the stairs and while the stairs are lit well, caution is always necessary. No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions. Do not exceed the occupancy or parking limits at any time. EV vehicles are not allowed to be plugged into the house.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
