Welcome to our lovely and ideally situated 2-bedroom, 2-bath sunny and bright condo, continually updated since our purchase in 2011. The combination of tasteful décor, ample amenities, and location within a very short walk to the beach, Omni hotel & conference center, and shops and restaurants can't be equaled. This unit is located across from the boardwalk to the beach. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the Omni Hotel and Conference Center and about a 5 minute walk to the Omni shops and restaurants. Note our location on the map. This top-floor corner unit of our beautifully landscaped, four-story building has many advantages. It is bright and sunlit at all hours of the day because of its top-floor, end unit location and extra windows in each room, which few of these condos offer. It has been updated with new kitchen counters, tiling, and lighting; and new bathroom sink counters, mirrors, lighting and glass shower doors. The pictures show the especially tasteful decorating and comfortable furnishings consistent with the natural Amelia Island coastal living setting. Our quiet condo is equipped with everything you need in the way of three televisions, Wifi, kitchen, laundry appliances and more. Our guests enjoy all of the comforts of home with much more room and convenience vs. staying in a hotel, not to mention the savings they get with staying with us! We can furnish a wealth of information on things to do and places to see to make the most of your stay in this cozy spot in this lovely corner of the world.
