忠杰 Taiwan“此次住宿和風館，價錢比較貴，因為房間裡有戶外泡湯池。此次行程是先去爬七星山後，過來住宿，晚上在房間好好泡個湯，再好好睡一覺。但是，晚上要泡湯時，發現竟然沒有溫泉水。都到晚上10點多，還是沒有。已經好累。好好的計劃還真的「泡湯」了。後來才知道，原來是供給天籟溫泉的上游水管出了問題，也沒先通知天籟。針對我的狀況，服務人員及經理馬上把我的房費按照歐風館（房間沒有戶外泡湯池）扣抵。另外又給我一張一年前的優惠券（用歐風館的價格訂和風館）。整個處理過程快速有效率。不是他們的錯，但是處理的很到位。”
