我們是一間提供背包床位的小型B&B，僅有二間背包床型房間，與主人同住一棟房，室內布置溫馨簡潔。位於台東市區，離海邊不算太近也不會太遠，距山邊有點近也有點距離，上山下海都很方便，想上山悠遊台九縱谷還是下海體驗台十一海岸，都可以擁有悠閒的步調、緩慢的生活，不管你是轉換環境還是心境，我們隨時歡迎想換個地方生活旅行的你們，享受台東的步調、生活、呼吸新鮮空氣，感受在地的慢與漫。
我們位於台東市區中心區域，該區街道較為安靜簡樸，離機場、火車站、港口皆約十至十五分鐘車程，離鐵花村音樂聚落步行時間約十五分鐘，鄰近區域亦有多間著名咖啡廳及早午餐店，生活及交通機能便利，搭乘公車可在變電所站或基督教醫院站下車前往。
