The fine print
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the card holder's protection, in case that the card holder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card. The pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
