Just 5 minutes from the best hot springs in Central America (Santa Teresa Hot Springs, Alicante Hot Springs, La Montaña Hot Springs), 5 minutes from the town of Ahuachapán and 12 minutes from the town of Ataco where they are full of culture and gastronomy, and many more places, 2 minutes from supermarkets. The residential complex has a shared swimming pool.
