This small, fun, self-contained cottage is right on the water, only 20 minutes from the centre of Stockholm/35 Meters from the train. Generally, we host sailors who participate in regattas @ KSSS or couples/small families travelling around Scandinavia in campervans who use our place as a "stop-over" to recharge/washcloths/get provisions before they hit the road. This cottage features contemporary artwork from renowned local artists. The collection changes 3 times a year, ALL artwork is for sale.

I live in Saltsjöbaden, Stockholm with my wife and two kids, after moving from Germany in 2021. We love being outdoors during all seasons for sports and activities and enjoy our new home in Saltsjöbaden & Sälen. It's so close to nature and we appreciate living in a superior and cosy place.

With over 30,000 islands and islets, this archipelago is a paradise for boating enthusiasts. Visitors can hop on a traditional Swedish archipelago boat and explore the maze of islands, stopping at picturesque villages and secluded beaches along the way.
