Here you live within walking distance of the beaches down Kovik and Björkhaga on Gotland's sunny side. You have about three kilometers down to Klintehamn. The house, which is 100m2, has a terrace on both sides of the house, which allows you to choose sun or shade most of the day. It is an open plan between the living room and the kitchen, which provides a pleasant social space. Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two separate single beds. A spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and also a washing machine. In the house there is fiber with wi-fi connection 100/100. Please note: In 2026, there will be a third bedroom with two additional beds. This also means that the floor plan will be slightly adjusted. Photos and an updated floor plan will be provided. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
