Welcome to my oasis in central Kivik, one of the beautiful villages in the Swedish region Österlen. Your very own holiday home away from home with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. The house has six beds, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The balcony off one of the bedrooms offers a wonderful view of the garden and the sea. I live on the property so we will share some external space, but the house you rent is just yours.

I run a small pop-up tea room where I serve Afternoon Tea from time to time. My dog Biddie, a border collie mix, is friendly and you are more than welcome to bring your own pet. I am originally from Stockholm but moved to Kivik in 2019 and love the rural setting, the beaches, woods and wide open skies. Welcoming guests is such a pleasure and I spend a lot of time caring for the house and garden.

Österlen is known for its beautiful scenery, wide open spaces and white beaches. There are plenty of hiking paths, historical sights, small fishing villages and local arts and crafts to enjoy. In the autumn and spring, when tourists are a bit more scarce, the beautiful landscape is particularly spectacular and visitors get a relaxing and peacful experience.
