Huset är helt nybyggt i två plan med stort allrum med pentry med kyl/frys, bord med 6 stolar, Stor platt tv med tyska kanaler och Allente kanalutbud samt soffgrupp. Övervåningen har stort sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett mindre rum med en våningssäng och en 90 cm säng samt separat rum med WC, dusch och tvätt maskin.
Altan på 60 m2 med stor sittgrupp med bord och solstolar i väster och frukostbord med 6 stolar i nordöst där solen går upp.
Huset ligger på egen insyn skyddad tomt på 1700m2 med egen parkering för två bilar. Tomten är väl tilltagen för utomhus aktiviteter och grillning. Närmast stugan är en helt unik blomsteräng. Från stugan utgår flera kilometer promenad och cykelvägar som är helt bilfria eftersom de går genom en 5 km bred naturskog med flera fiskrika sjöar. Fri tillgång till roddbåt och kanot samt 5 vuxna samt 2 barncyklar.
Badplats Laxasand i sjön Mien ligger ca 4 km söderut, Båt i sjön Mien finns att hyra i Midingsbråte badplats ca 9 km söderut
Vid badplats Rävabacken i sjön Åsnen 1 mil norrut finns också båt att
hyra. Nationalpark Åsnen är belägen 5 km norr om Urshult.
