The Station Seychelles is also home to the only sensitive skincare manufacturers in Seychelles since 1997 and the only homeopathic apothecary on the islands. The Station Cafe on the Estate upper parking serves coffee and cake and juice/drinks, icecream etc Mon-Fri from 9:30 - 16:30. Villa Abundance is part of The Station Seychelles Hotel which opened in 2014. The original building started operation in 1960 as the Feba Radio Station - hence the name and the positive vibrations emitting from here.

Upstairs bedroom with kingsize bed, views to mountains, sea and valley with seperate toilet off the en-suite washstand and shower with seaview. Downstairs bedroom with queensize bed, sea and valley views and ensuite bathroom with shower, washstand and head. Double doors out to garden and bathtub. The bedrooms have airconditioning and ceiling fans. Cross-ventilation in all spaces. Large kitchen looking to mountains and sea, open to lounge area with sea and garden views. Outside covered deck/living area with garden, sea and mountain views. Courtyard outside of kitchen also gives access to the Villa's front garden and open sky bathtub - for cooling down or starlight glas-of-wine. Very seperate guest toilet next to dedicated workspace (no views....). Backyard with laundry. See photos and layout sketch. A 50m walkway with subdued lighting at night leads down the 10 stairs from the main entrance door to the parking area secured by electric gate (18 stairs in total). Private areas are marked to give owners their privacy. The pool is situated in the hotel garden/private area 30m from the Villa Abundance and may be used from 10am - 4:45pm. If booked for 2 guests only the upstairs bedroom would be designated automatically - unless otherwise requested - and the downstairs bedroom would be closed off.
