The FINA apartment has all the characteristics of a family home with full privacy for guests. It is located on the first floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The spacious apartment has 50m2, a large living room, a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The most beautiful part of the building is the large sunny terrace on the east side with a view of the garden and a quiet street. In the immediate vicinity there are large markets (IDEA, Zlatan Trag, Aman), local bakery, a pharmacy and a green market. Special attention is paid to the needs of children. We provide a cot for small children, toys, and in the yard there is a special children's corner with a tree house, slide, swing and other children's furniture that guests can freely use.

Hosts are serious people who are always present when help or advice is needed, and invisible when guests need privacy. We try to meet all your wishes as much as possible.

Although the apartment is located outside the city center, the center can be reached by easy 15-minute walk. The advantage of this location is that the building is separated from the city crowd and is not far from all amenities. 1 km from the apartment is Hisar hill and Park 9 Jugovica, which offer all the conditions for recreation in nature. About 20 km away (15 minutes by car) is the historical site of Caricin Grad (Justiniana Prima). The road continues for another 20 km to Radan Mountain, one of the untouched beauties of Southern Serbia. Beneath the Radan mountain is Brestovac Lake, a beautiful place for hikers and fishermen.
