A completely new renovated apartment with beautiful modern furniture in a quiet street with parking right outside the building.
The clean and stylish apartment is around 56 sqm and includes a living room, a dining area and one bedroom besides the kitchen and bathroom. It has two terraces where you can enjoy a quiet moment and a cop of coffee.
The apartment is fully equipped and only used for renting. You will have everything for you self. It take up to 4/5 people, e.g a young family with 2 children and a baby:
- 1 double size bed (160x200 cm)
- 2 very comfortable air mattress (can be placed in the living room and stored at the kitchen balcony when not in use)
- 1 sofa

PAYMENTS ARE ONLY AVAILEBLE VIA BANK TRANSFER TO MY BANK.
Unfortunately NO CASH OR CREDITCARD PAYMENT IS POSSIBLE. I live offsite and will not be in there when you arrive. A code for the door is sent to you prior to your stay and you will enter the apartment without anyone hosting your.
I hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment. The apartment has been in the family in two generations and have been carefully renovated in 2019, where every detail has been hand picked to make a comfortable and cosy place for friends or family to enjoy while in Nis. Our little family lives in Denmark but when we are in Serbia with our two boys we love spending time in the flat. Please take good care of our little germ and please enjoy your stay :-)
The apartment is located in the area Dusanova in Nis - in a residential area and with a 2 min walk to the nearest supermarked where you can buy the basic stuff you will need for your stay.
Historic places are located very close:
- Cela Kula (Skull Tower), a stone structure embedded with human skulls.
- Mediana, an archeological site from the late Roman period where Constantine the Great was born and raised
- If you like hiking "Dry Mountain" one of the most beautiful mountains in Serbia is located in the southeast, 17 kilometers away from Niš.
A cap ride is very cheap i Serbia and the easiest way to get around.
