Ada Mall-Belgrade is a brand new apartment (2023) and is located on the main street in a brand new smaller building on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a free public parking lot in front of the building (space is not guaranteed), and right across the street from the apartment is a shopping center and a parking lot within the shopping center that is charged around 0.6 EUR/h. The apartment also has 2 terraces with a view of the garden and the shopping center. There are 2 bedrooms that are completely separate, and in the living room, the corner sofa can be extended into another bed, so that the apartment can function with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery and dining service. The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine, hair dryer... The apartment has an iron and an ironing board.
The apartment is located in the very center of Banovo brdo, across the street from the Beteks shopping center, where there are shops and a cafe. -There are restaurants and fast food stores, market, banks, pharmacies, exchange offices, bus stop for all parts of the city, taxi station... - Only 100 m from the apartment is the theater "THEATER ON THE HILL" - At 500 m from the apartment there is a large shopping center "ADA MALL". - 1 km from the apartment is the lake "ADA CIGANLIJA", where you can rent bicycles and use the bicycle path to reach the city center (Belgrade na Vodi, Kalemegdan, Dorcol, New Belgrade: *3 km Delta city (New Belgrade) *4 km Belgrade on the water (Mall Gallery) *5 km City center - 2 km from the apartment is Košutnjak (trim trail, sports facilities, swimming pools, sports fields, RTS studio, Pionirski grad...)
