The view of the studio includes the renowned People's Palace and the location is within walking distance from the most famous Bucharest social and cultural hot spots such as the old city center, Cismigiu Park, restaurants, shopping district, and museums. House Rules: We kindly request your adherence to our specified quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the designated check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs. Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay.

If you want to explore Bucharest and want to have all major attractions at walking distance, then this is the place to stay. You see the magnificent and emblematic building Circul Militar and the newly renovated Grand Hotel du Boulevard from the window. University Square and Revolution Square are only minutes away on foot, and so are also the National Theatre, Old Town and the beautiful Cismigiu Park. You will find some great restaurants in the area, and a cool barista café to have your breakfast or espresso shot just next to the house. If you need to buy some food you have the food shop just in front of the building, less than 10 meters walking. Payable underground parking in University Square (10 Eur per day).
