The villa has a spacious living room and a luminous terrace closed with glass. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including dishwasher, coffee machine, blender and icemaker for hot summer days. Villa is equipped with clothes washing machine, clothes dryer and AC. The house's yard is big enough to park 2 cars, and comes with a covered terrace and a big lawn for relaxing in the sun.
Placed in Sibiu, in a quiet neighborhood, the villa is perfect for who are looking to escape from the city noise and trafic, but still to be close to important point of interests. Sibiu International Aerport is at 2,8 km and City Center is at only 5,4 km away. At the end of the street is the buss station, so you can have easy acces to public transportation. Also in the neighborhood you can also find mini stores for grocery.
