Private Gated Condominium with 40m Pool for children & adults, gym, sauna, large 80+ sq meters private rooftop with jacuzzi, parking. The apartment is a lovely private home newly renovated and in a lovely setting. The Penthouse has recently been further upgraded with Smart Home Features: Sonos Music, Smart Lighting, Smart Lock, Smart Fridge, some central home controls.
Belonging to the municipality of Cascais, the area has several infrastructures that provide an excellent quality of life for its residents and tourists, including beaches, european renowned golf courses, five star hotels, equestrian center, restaurants, bars, areas, shopping, gyms, tennis and paddle school, surf & kite surfing schools, boat tours, among others.
