Homing is a 100% Portuguese company that has been operating in the market since 2016 and has a vast portfolio of properties. Whether guests are with us for a period of time and choose to make the properties we manage their home, our goal is to offer memorable stays.

Excellent duplex in Tavira, located in a quiet area, 250m from a mini market and 650m from a shopping centre. Inserted in a condominium with swimming pool, tennis court, children's area and free public parking (subject to availability), it is the perfect place for your holidays with friends or family in the Algarve. With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it has a large terrace, where you can enjoy the excellent sun exposure of the region. It is fully equipped, including washing machine and dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm. Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
