Cairnvillas LDA has been established in 2019 to own and manage several properties in the urbanization of Espertal, near Aljezur town in the Algarve, Portugal. Each property enjoys spacious bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a private pool, a fantastic open plan floor where the living room on one hand, and the dining area on the other, each flow into an outdoor space, with a luxury kitchen in between. Please note: Cairnvillas manage several villas. The interior decoration of our villas are generally standardised to ensure maximum comfort and value for our guests. The pictures for this villa are correct as of the time of the photo but there may be small variations to ensure maximum comfort and value.

Property information

A luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with spare room and private pool, sleeps up to 8 people, including children, comfortably. Garden and terraces, indoor/outdoor flow, fantastic views and plenty of space for the whole family and friends. Cleaning incl linen & towels weekly change, is included. Near the beaches and next to the national park. There's private covered parking on the property. The house is close to family friendly beaches, surfing, cliff-top walks and next to the national park.

Neighbourhood information

The villas are located in Espertal, near Aljezur town. in the heart of the national park and between two stunning surf beaches. The nearest beach, and very popular for beginners surfing and surf classes is Monte Clerigo Beach. It also has 3 restaurants. Each house has spectacular views of the river and Amoreira beach. At Amoreira beach, there is a beach restaurant. The river is calm and flanked by sand which makes it ideal for families with children. At low tide, you can cross the river back to your villa (plan on getting your feet wet though) via a restaurant perched on the cliff. The National park comes with a wide range of hiking routes, horse trails, beautiful secluded beaches, cliffs and magic restaurants for which we publish recommendations in our guidebook. Bespoke surf tours can be arranged depending on your ability. Aljezur has a charming historical section and castle which is great for a little walk to soak up the atmosphere and numerous dining options. On the other side of a small dividing river, you will find many amenities such as a pharmacy, car repair, banks, shops, supermarkets, weekly markets and more dining options.
