The APT IIN group has been following the development of tourism in Lisbon, being present in several locations in the city. LX51 Studios & Suites - Lisbon Center. Different types available: rooms / suites (bedroom and living room) / studios with kitchen. All accommodation has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Enjoy breakfast included in the rate, served daily in the courtyard. This was a 19th century house, where families from Lisbon's middle class lived, which, due to its centrality, allowed easy access to workplaces, schools and traditional markets. The name LX51 is an ode to the well-known abbreviation of the city and the number that identifies the door of this house. In this accommodation unit, we seek to create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, combining and honoring the tradition of an old building in Lisbon, with industrial decoration in a contemporary style. Recovered in 2018 and adapted into an accommodation unit, we sought to maintain the traditional features of an old Lisbon. The stairs and corridors are made of wood from the colonies, the entrance area is made of Portuguese stone, the interior courtyard and the façade with its characteristic balconies, where families enjoyed the sunny afternoons while watching the hustle and bustle of passers-by.
