Tropical Coast Properties LLC is a real estate company that was established in 2011 to offer vacation rentals to the worldwide travelers that visit Rincon, Puerto Rico yearly to enjoy surfing, our culture, and a memorable getaway in our small piece of paradise. The west side is very special and has lots of fun activities that you will certainly enjoy doing during your vacation as: surfing, paddle boarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, sail charters, snorkeling, Farmer's Market every Sunday at the Plaza, Artwalk every Thursday night at the Plaza. There is a high variety of restaurants in the area that are great to visit. Our properties are self-catered rentals and only a “starter supply” of toiletries is provided. The guests must buy more as needed. For an additional cost on all our rentals we have housekeeping service, grocery shopping, and taxi service.

Beach Walk Puerto Bahia is a brand new duplex Townhome located in a gated community at Marina Beach which many consider the best beach in Rincon for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Fantastically located close to town and minutes to the best surfing beaches, Beach Walk also has the beach and four restaurant-bars right outside our gates. -The home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 baths -Separate TV room and is elegantly furnished -Everything you need including a full-size washer/dryer -Safe -Beach towels and chairs. -The backyard all tiled patio areas has a Barbecue, outdoor furniture with umbrella, and outdoor shower as you enjoy the ocean views. -The kitchen features all stainless steel top appliances and is well stocked. -The community has a pool with a shaded picnic area and restrooms. -Enjoy the incredible ocean views from most of the rooms and go to sleep while listening to the sounds of the ocean. -Bed arrangement is a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. -No smoking and 6 maximum people.
