A modern 3-room apartment in a quiet housing estate (Retkinia). Perfect for families with children or larger groups. The apartment is fully equipped with: washing machine, (real) coffee machine, PlayStation 5 with games and two gamepads, 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, 40-inch Smart TV in the bedroom. Fast Internet. Separate toilet. Separate bathroom. Hairdryer, potty, toilet pad for the child. Footrest for a child under the sink. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob with pots and pans, a large number of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. In addition, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush. In 1 bedroom there is a large comfortable king size bed (180cm wide) and the possibility of adding a travel cot (available in the apartment), SmartTV 40 inches, wardrobe with backlight, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. The second bedroom has an equally comfortable double bed (140 cm wide), a bedside table, a bedside lamp, a dressing table with a mirror, a chair, and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV 65 inches. Folding table with chairs. Balcony.

The botanical garden is a 10-minute walk away, and the Zdrowie Park - 15 minutes. 20 minutes by tram from the Łódź-Kaliska railway station. There is also a church nearby.
